At Milir Kids, we strive to provide high-quality baby and kidswear products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Exchange and Return Policy below.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we generally do not accept returns on products that have been used, washed, damaged after delivery, or are without original tags and packaging.

Returns will be accepted only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Defective or damaged product received
  • Incorrect size delivered compared to the order

Any return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible products subject to stock availability.

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all tags, labels, and packaging intact

Customers are requested to provide order details and photographs of the product when requesting an exchange.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless received damaged:

  • Innerwear
  • Feeding accessories
  • Baby hygiene products
  • Clearance sale items
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Refunds

Refunds will be processed only when:

  • A replacement product is unavailable, or
  • The order cannot be fulfilled by Milir Kids.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after verification.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Product photographs
  • Description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
